Terms of Service

Welcome to NexRoute USA. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MedCourier Services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of our medical courier logistics and transport services. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you represent that you are authorized to bind your establishment (e.g., hospital, laboratory, or pharmacy) to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended exclusively for healthcare providers, clinical researchers, laboratories, and authorized medical entities within the United States. You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your entity.
3. Service Description
NexRoute USA specialized in high-priority medical logistics. Our core services include:
- Secure transport of clinical specimens and laboratory samples.
- Reliable delivery of pharmaceuticals and prescribed medications.
- Professional logistics for sensitive medical devices and equipment.
- Facility-to-facility transport for blood products and essential clinical assets.
Note on Controlled Substances: MedCourier Services does not transport Schedule I-V controlled substances without explicit prior written authorization and the provision of all required legal permits and certifications by the Customer.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure safe and compliant delivery, Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup and delivery locations, including specific room numbers and contact personnel.
- Package all contents in accordance with HIPAA, OSHA, and biohazard safety regulations.
- Guarantee that all shipment contents are lawful and disclosed to our dispatch team.
- Ensure an authorized individual is present to release and receive the shipment.
5. Scheduling and Cancellations
Service requests must be placed through our authorized portal. Cancellations must be reported at least 60 minutes prior to pickup. Late cancellations may incur a dispatch fee.
6. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is calculated based on route distance, volume, and urgency. Detailed financial terms are governed by your specific Master Service Agreement or the terms specified on your individual invoice.
7. Disclaimers
NexRoute USA provides its logistics on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted in cases of extreme weather or unforeseen infrastructure failures.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the direct costs of the specific delivery service in question.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services for illegal purposes or to transport undisclosed dangerous goods. Violations may result in immediate service termination.
10. Intellectual Property
All marks, logos, and routing technologies used by NexRoute USA remain the exclusive property of the Company.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend access to our services for any breach of these Terms or failed payment obligations.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California , USA. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in LA County.
13. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be posted on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
